Your dashboard allows you to manage your phone number, call forwarding, voicemail, call activity, billing, and account settings.
1. Create Your AnswerStrong Account
After selecting your phone number plan, enter the requested account information.
You may be asked to provide:

A secure password
Use an email address you check regularly. AnswerStrong may send account alerts, voicemail notifications, billing updates, and password recovery instructions to this address.
2. Verify Your Email Address
After creating your account, check your inbox for an email verification message from AnswerStrong.
Select the verification link to confirm your email address and activate your account.
If you do not receive the email:

Check your spam or junk folder

Confirm that your email address was entered correctly

Request another verification email from the sign-in page
3. Sign In to Your Dashboard
Once your email address is verified, sign in using the email address and password connected to your account.
From your dashboard, you can manage your number, review calls, update forwarding settings, listen to voicemail, and monitor usage.
4. Complete Your Business Profile
Open the Business Profile or Account Settings section and enter your business information.
This may include:

Keeping this information accurate helps AnswerStrong maintain your account and provide the correct service notifications.
5. Select Your Business Number
Choose the type of number that works best for your business.

Once your number is selected, confirm that it appears correctly inside your dashboard.
6. Connect or Transfer an Existing Number
If you already have a business number, you may be able to forward it to AnswerStrong
Transferring an existing number is also known as number porting.
You may need to provide:

7. Set Up Call Forwarding

11. Set Up Caller ID
Choose the business name or number that should appear when making outgoing calls, when supported.
Caller ID availability and display may depend on the receiving telephone carrier.
